How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
We want everyone who reaches Europeclimb Concrete to be treated fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to file a complaint and what to expect. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Topics You Can Bring to Us
You may contact us about:
- Your experience when you called or messaged Europeclimb Concrete
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, first raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.
Still let us know. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Please note that Europeclimb Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money you paid a provider or act for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@europeclimb.lat and include:
- Your name and the easiest way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A short account of what happened and what outcome you want
After You Write
We will confirm by email that we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
Still Not Happy?
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For licensed providers, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help.
