Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 2026
Europeclimb Concrete wants europeclimb.lat to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement describes our approach. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What We Aim For
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this site. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.
Steps We Take
To help with access, we try to:
- Use clear headings and a logical page order
- Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
- Keep text readable with strong color contrast
- Let visitors move through the site with a keyboard alone
- Build pages that fit phones, tablets and desktops
- Write in plain, everyday words
- Label form fields clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Third-party content, such as embedded tools, may be outside our control. We review the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of the site is hard to use, you have other options. Request a callback to speak with a provider in our network, or email contact@europeclimb.lat and we will do what we can to help.
Tell Us What You Found
We welcome your feedback on how accessible the site is. Email contact@europeclimb.lat and share:
- The page or feature that gave you trouble
- What went wrong and what you hoped would happen
- Your browser, device or assistive technology, if you know it
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Always Improving
Accessibility is never done. We will keep it in mind each time we update the site.
